Installation for SL4 WMS/LB, WMSMonitor 2.1

In the following we specify what you need to install your own WMSMonitor instance for your cluster of WMS/LB services and how to do it.

At the moment three releases of the software are available: the latest is the 2.1. Version 2.1 provides more features and works only on SL4 (or binary compatible OS) WMS/LB.

New features in 2.1:

• New installation method using ETICS build rpms
• New instalaltion script
• wmsmon_site-info.def simplified
• Added WMSMONITOR.log logrotate in WMSMonitor.sensors installation
  
• Improved visualization of VO Overview chart page
• Reconstruction algorithm bug fixed 
• Load Balancing Arbiter distributed with the collector
  

• Same known issues of version 2.0 apply but logrotate is now present on wms/lb/wmslb instances
